At the conference to review the first 6 months of 2023, the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade focused on the tasks related to Party building and rectification within the Party, involving all members of the Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee, secretaries of Party cells, and all party members in implementing the Party’s principles, providing leadership and guidance for the assigned tasks. The committee also emphasized the importance of effectively developing and managing party members and internal political protection work. All party members, officials, and workers in the Department of Industry and Trade have demonstrated strong political determination, trust in the Party’s leadership, confidence in the state’s policies and laws, and have performed well in adhering to the regulations and rules of the organization. Strengthening industrial promotion activities for enterprise support initiatives.

To set out the key tasks for the last 6 months of 2023, the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade affirms that these are the priority tasks to be implemented with a clear roadmap, comprehensive planning, and procedural execution. The specific tasks are as follows: Implementing the directions of the Provincial People’s Committee to continue rectifying and enhancing responsibilities in the handling of work within agencies, units, and localities; Concentrating on the implementation of the tasks related to administrative reform and digital transformation in 2023; Developing a plan for the industrial sector restructuring until 2025, with a vision towards 2030; Establishing a plan for the organizational structure of the department and its affiliated units; Organizing the 4th Congress of the Trade Union of the industry for the term 2023-2028; Implementing e-commerce projects; Carrying out the digitization task and constructing a data management system for the Industry and Trade sector; Establishing industrial and trade databases for Thai Nguyen province. Continuing to deploy and effectively implement promotional and trade promotion tasks; conducting inspections and checks in the fields of electricity and gas business operations; coordinating with inter-sector inspection teams to combat smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods in the province of Thai Nguyen; receiving citizens, processing, and resolving complaints, denunciations, and petitions; combating corruption; ensuring national defense and social order and safety in the final months of 2023. organizing training courses to enhance the political theory knowledge of three party members through the Intermediate Political Theory Course at Thai Nguyen Political School in June 2023.
