On the afternoon of September 9, 2013 , the Party Executive Committee of Thai Nguyen Department of Trade and Industry held the learning session to grasp thoroughly and implement the Resolution of the 7th Meeting, the Central Committee of the Communist Party - session XI. Attending and chairing the conference, there were comrande Dinh Khac Hien the Secretary of Party Executive Committee - Director of the Department of Trade and Industry, together with 130 Party members, officials of the Department offices , -----UNION----- offices , the Trade Promotion Center, and the Center for industrial promotion and consulting, industrial development, Office of Market management Department, Quan Trieu first- order salt station

At the conference, Mr. Duong Huy Khai – Member of Party Executive Committee of the Department of Trade and Industry – Reporter of Party Committee of provincial agencies, has conveyed the basic content of the Resolution: " Enhance and innovate leadership of the party for the people’s mobilization activities in the new situation", "Actively respond to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection", the conclusion of the 7th Central Executive Committee (Session XI) of continuing to improve the political system from the central to local, regarding collecting people’s opinions about draft constitutional amendment in1992, a number of issues about wages policy reform, social insurance, subsidies and incentives for the people who have contributed to the government, and reform orientation by 2020. Information about some important issues in implementing the planning policy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the senior leaders of the Party, the State of period 2016 - 2021 and in the next terms .

Wrapping up the conference, the action program of implementation of the resolution, conclusion of the 7th Conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party - session XI of Party Executive Committee of the Department of Trade and Industry has been agreed, the entire conference attendants totally agreed missions, specific solutions in the action program to implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 7th Central Conference.
