In the afternoon of July 12th, 2021, Thai Nguyen Department of Industry and Trade organized to install “C-ThaiNguyen” to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and staffs in the department.
This is the official utility software of Thai Nguyen province. Thai Nguyen Citizen Application “C-ThaiNguyen” is built with the goal of citizens and businesses as the center for digital transformation and smart service development. C-ThaiNguyen is Thai Nguyen’s digital citizenship platform. Providing support functions for people and businesses to exploit and use public services, provide emergency assistance and comprehensively reflect the socio-economic activities in the province. For users in the province, sending feedback to the authorities at all levels through the Smart Operations Center of Thai Nguyen province when noticing any urgent problems.

Through the training session for cadres, civil servants, public employees and staffs have grasped utilities, installed and exploited information on smartphones.
