January 26th, 2019: On January 24th, 2019, the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade held a Conference to study, thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions of the 8th plenum of the 12th Central Committee.

On January 24^th, 2019, the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade held a Conference to study, thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions of the 8^th plenum of the 12^th Central Committee. Attending the conference were Mr. Nghiem Xuan Nguyen - Deputy Secretary of the Department of Industry and Trade’s Party Committee, Mr. Dao Ngoc Anh - Deputy Rector of the Political School along with the members of the Party’s Executive Committee and all members, cadres, civil servants and public employees of Department of Industry and Trade.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Anh conveyed the content of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style on the subject of “Building a sense of respect for the people to promote democracy and taking care of people’s lives”; In the content of subject emphasized that Party members must highly appreciate the role and position of the people; paying special attention to protect the people’s legitimate rights and interests; listening, meeting, understand, learn from the people; strengthening the building of a sense of respect and promotion of the people’s democracy for officials and party members, contributing to promoting the building of a clean and strong Party, building a socialist rule-of-law State of the people, due to People, for the people. Thereby helping officials and members of the Department of Industry and Trade master the basic points of the 2019 Subject in order to build practical action programs to apply in real activities.

At the conference, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Nguyen - Deputy Secretary, Deputy Director of Department of Industry and Trade thoroughly grasped the basic contents of Resolution No. 36-NQ / TW dated October 22^nd, 2018 of the Party Central Committee on “Strategy of sustainable development of Vietnam’s marine economy to 2030, vision to 2045”; Thoroughly implementing Regulation No. 08-QD / TW dated October 25^th, 2018 of the Party Central Committee; Implementing Conclusion No. 37-KL / TW dated October 17^th, 2018 of the Party Central Committee on “Socio-economic situation, state budget in 2018; socio-economic development plan, State budget payment plan in 2019”. These resolutions, regulations and conclusions have important implications directly relating to the leadership and direction of the successful implementation of objectives, tasks of socio-economic development, building of a clean and strong Party planned by the 12^th National Party Congress and preparation for the successful organization of the 13^th Party Congress.

He required the Cells will implement more details in the monthly Party cell activities on the basis of the content studying and thoroughly grasping, applying creatively in the actual situation of the unit to formulate action programs for collectives and individuals, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 8^th Plenum of the 12^th Central Committee. At the end of the Conference, trainees has written to assessment tests on the subjects that have been learned and thoroughly grasped; simultaneously proposing solutions to well implement the Resolution in the coming time.
